    In the sight of many people, tailing or shooting someone secretly  involves in infringing other's privacy when private detectives investigate the concubine, getting the telephone details or the information of bank account for clients forms torts. And some serious behaviors even form crime.

 So private detective is disputed so much at home. During investigation, almost all private detectives tell reporters that they don't do anything prohibited by laws. If necessary, they will do something against of rules but not laws. They linger around the gray areas carefully like this.

Old private detectives never say track.

   As private detectives, it is unavoidable for them to tail after or investigate other people. But a senior private detective, Chen Deming says that they have never scouted or tailed after  parties at will. 

    Chen  says track will infringe the party's right. After entrusted, the only thing they can do is to know about the whereabouts of parties. 

    Chen tells reporters that there are some other words and expressions can't be said at will too, such as scout. Because scout is a right of judicial department. They have no this kind of right, as a private detective. The only thing they can do is investigation.

It's possible to collect evidences legally for investigating extramarital love.

   Chen says they don't do anything prohibited by laws, when they collect evidences. They don't accept criminal cases too. 

  Before accepting, they will ask about the identity of clients,  background of parties, the investigation objective and the use of result. 

    For example, for the concubine case, clients usually ask them to shoot some scenes of making love. They will not do that. It's enough for them to shoot some really special scenes which can prove the vague relationship. 

     How to deal with when clients need some exposed scenes badly?  It isn't absolutely impossible for them to collect legal evidences.

  Chen says that the male informant and the female client usually have many housings. Private detectives will be able to shoot scenes, if the informant derailed at one of their housings. It's legal to shoot scenes for detectives, if the client installs vidicons at her home. Otherwise, it's legal too if the informant derailed in public place. 

     Chen says that there is another legal way. If the informant is in the house but not pulls the curtain down. It's legal if detectives shoot scenes out of the house. 

     Regardless of the scenes shot at any situation, all of the detectives will remind clients that they must treat with photos or video taps cautiously and can't submit them to court easily.

  Recently, a chief of one private detective company in Guangzhou tells reporters that marriage case takes on the speedy increscent trend and occupies 50% or above of the total currently. It even exceeds 80% in some company.

    It's reported, in other cities of China, there are three main kinds of cases : the marriage case (investigate the concubine mainly), the commerce case (crack down on counterfeit goods mainly) and other cases. In Guangzhou, the marriage case has exceeded other cases, and has occupied over the 50% of the total.

 A majority of clients is the middle-aged women. After accepting the commission, private detectives investigate her husband for loyalty, collect evidences of extramarital love or the concubine's situation and property situation.

   Reporters hear that the daily fee is £¤1,000 for marriage cases. It can be reduced in the late stage of investigation, if the case takes long time. Generally, it takes about a week to settle the case. The total is about £¤6,000.

    The manager of Guangzhou Ge An consultation Co. Ltd, Chen Deming introduces that most informants are approved to have extramarital love, and few are approved to affiliate with women normally. 

 ¡° When we accept the commission, after investigating detailedly, we will submit a report to clients. How to handle it is the business of clients." Chen says  that the marriage case takes on the increscent trend in his company, and appeared a on-line lover case. Some days ago, an ecdemic girl met a Guangzhou man in network, and fallen in love with him quickly. When she wished to marry with him, her father entrusted detectives secretly to investigate the man. Finally, he found out that the man was married and have a few years old child. 

    Some investigators think that it is normal for the marriage case, around Zhujiang river's delta, more than other areas. Moreover, the new ¡¶ Marriage Law ¡· emphasizes the onus probandi of the unblamable party. These urge the victims to make some preparation.
